You may have interest earned on term deposits automatically distributed to your checking or savings account(s). IRA disbursements can also be automatically placed in the baybank account of your choice. There's no charge for this service.

| You may set up an automatic payment system at baybank whereby funds in your account are automatically transferred to another account (e.g. Christmas Club) or applied to your baybank loan. There is no service charge for automatic funds transfer (AFT). |

| Customers who spend extended periods of time outside the area are encouraged to bank by mail utilizing the baybank "bank by mail" packet complete with envelopes and specially designed deposit/loan payment slips. |

| baybank will administer land contracts for customers. Costs for this service are; a one time set-up fee of $500.00, a $8.00 service fee for each "in-bank" transaction, and a $10.00 service fee for each check sent from the bank. |

You may purchase money orders from any Customer Service Representative at any baybank location. Money orders are $1.50 each. This charge is waived for the first three money orders for senior citizens who are customers at baybank.

Personal account customers may use secure night deposit drop boxes for after hour payments and deposits. Business customers are encouraged to use baybank's lock bag procedure for night deposit. Night deposits are located in the drive through lane at each baybank location.

| baybank customers may have one or two documents notarized free of charge. A small service fee may be charged for notarizing multiple documents. Notary Public services are available at all locations. |

baybank has various sizes of safe deposit boxes to secure your valuables. Annual rental fees for boxes are as follows:

When opening a new account, you can receive a small safe deposit box free for the first year. This $17.00 value can be applied to larger boxes. |

| baybank is happy to offer you a "fax" service in all three locations. The service fee for pages faxed are $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each page thereafter. |

| You may transfer dollars between your accounts by telephone. Please have your account numbers available and be prepared to provide other information for positive identification. There is a $1.00 service fee for telephone transfers. |

| baybank accepts and sends domestic and international wire transfers for our customers. The services fees for sending a wire are $20.00 for domestic and $60.00 for international. baybank customers may receive wire transfers for a $10.00 fee. |
